Trained at Western Culinary Institute, Dan began his career in the western United States, with prestigious positions at destinations in Wyoming and Seattle, where he lead the opening of the “Best New Restaurant” named by Seattle Weekly
in 2005. After relocating to the East Coast in 2010, Dan has been published in multiple cookbooks and magazines, with mentions in Food & Wine, Wine Spectator, Mountain Living, Skiing Magazine
and Sunset Magazine
