Director's Office Intern

The Director’s Office intern will work closely with the Director of the museum and the Director’s Office support staff. The intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and assignments within the Director’s Office and will collaborate on additional projects with other departments. As a point person for the Director’s Office, the intern will assist VIP guests, research material or images for presentations, lectures or classes, obtain details regarding international events/conferences, research US and International museum/organization/institute hours and obtain information regarding proper staff contacts, and create summary worksheets on information regarding VIP visits, constituent contact information, and other material. Given the nature of the position, the intern will deal with highly sensitive and confidential information regarding patrons, donors, trustees and staff.
