Human Resources Coordinator

The Clark Art Institute seeks an energetic, outgoing, detailed oriented and well organized individual to serve as a Human Resources Coordinator. The Clark, an art museum and center for research and graduate study, is located in the Northern Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. This full-time regular position has an excellent benefits package.  
 
The Human Resources Coordinator assists with recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits administration, compensation, and compliance. S/he also helps to coordinate annual budgeting process and develops reports.
 
The ideal candidate has a BA degree in a related field. Must have 2-3 years prior human resource experience. Must be confidential, technically proficient, and have expertise in databases, Excel, and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask important.
