To plan a group visit, please contact the Education Department at 413-458-0363, or e-mail the Education Department. Group visits must be arranged at least three weeks in advance. One-hour gallery talks highlighting the permanent collection are available for groups. Guides for adult groups are $50 per guide (limit 25 people per guide). There is no charge for guides for school groups.Groups are encouraged to reserve covered outdoor space for lunch or picnic on the Clark's expansive lawns in good weather; box lunches are available by advance order. Indoor facilities for group meals are not available.
