Born in Canada, Myriam Gendron sings in both English and French. She is an interpreter of classic folk forms, breathing new life into century-old Quebecois, French, and American ballads and traditional works. Gendron's own compositions are haunting and beautiful, possessing an ancient quality and a tender heart. 2024 will see the release of her new album, Mayday, an LP that once again blends a primeval romanticism with plaintive songwriting. Gendron will also embark on a US tour in 2024, with Williamstown on the route.

P.G. Six, the stage name of Pat Gubler, is set to open for Myriam Gendron. A prominent figure in the Northeast folk music scene since the late 1990s, Gubler's latest record, Murmurs and Whispers, resonates with a compelling influence of UK psychedelic folk.

Tickets $10 ($8 members, $7 students, $5 children 15 and under).  This program is presented in collaboration with Belltower Records, North Adams, Massachusetts.
