“DINNER AND THE SHOW” AT CLARK ART INSTITUTE OFFERS PRIVATE GALLERY ACCESS, GOURMET DINING

Williamstown, Massachusetts—Enjoy a special evening of fine art and fine dining at the Clark Art Institute with “Dinner and the Show” on Saturday, March 4 at 6:30 pm. Guests enjoy private access to the special exhibition Japanese Impressions: Color Woodblock Prints from the Rodbell Family Collection with a talk by exhibition curator Jay A. Clarke, followed by a prix-fixe Japanese dinner in Café 7. Tickets are $65 ($60 members) and may be purchased online at clarkart.edu or by calling 413 458 0524.
The menu includes steamed edamame, cucumber sunomono salad, soba noodle salad, pork tonkatsu, tuna poke, steamed rice, Japanese sponge cake, and assorted mochi. Tax and gratuity are included; beverages are extra. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available upon advance request. Space is limited and advance reservations are required.
“Dinner and the Show” showcases the exceptional cuisine of Stephen Starr Events, a division of the acclaimed Starr Restaurant Group. Starr, the Clark's culinary partner, brings creative, innovative, and artful menus to Café 7 that feature locally sourced ingredients.
ABOUT THE CLARK
The Clark Art Institute, located in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts, is one of a small number of institutions globally that is both an art museum and a center for research, critical discussion, and higher education in the visual arts. Opened in 1955, the Clark houses exceptional European and American paintings and sculpture, extensive collections of master prints and drawings, English silver, and early photography.
