FALL FOLIAGE WALK PLANNED AT CLARK ART INSTITUTE

Williamstown, Massachusetts—Celebrate fall and learn about trees at the Clark Art Institute on Saturday, October 14 at 1 pm with a free fall foliage walk and talk. Horticulturist and Clark Grounds Manager Matthew Noyes leads the autumn walk around the Clark's campus, providing guidance on how to identify trees by their leaves and explaining why leaves change color. The walk is appropriate for all ages; requires some walking on uneven terrain. Space is limited and registration is required. To register, visit clarkart.edu or call 413 458 0524.

Visitors should meet at the Orientation Center located outside the entrance to the Clark Center. Extreme weather cancels this event.

ABOUT THE CLARK
The Clark Art Institute, located in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts, is one of a small number of institutions globally that is both an art museum and a center for research, critical discussion, and higher education in the visual arts. Opened in 1955, the Clark houses exceptional European and American paintings and sculpture, extensive collections of master prints and drawings, English silver, and early photography.
