CLARK ART INSTITUTE OFFERS GENTLE YOGA CLASSES
October 7, 2019
Williamstown, Massachusetts—The serene beauty of its Michael Conforti Pavilion provides an ideal setting for gentle yoga classes offered at the Clark Art Institute this fall. Participants will learn how to stretch and tone muscles, safely explore greater mobility, improve balance, and reduce stress during the four-part class series. Classes meet on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 am on October 23, October 30, November 6, and November 13.
With guidance from certified instructor Mary Edgerton, participants explore the confluence of yoga, art, and awareness of the elements. People of all levels of experience, mobility, and flexibility are welcome to participate.
Attend all or some of the classes. Tuition for all four classes is $40 ($30 for Clark members). The drop-in rate per class is $12 ($8 for members). Visit clarkart.edu or call 413 458 0524 to register.
