Provenance

With Marion, Paris; sold to Robert Sterling Clark, 31 May 1924.¹ 1. Although no invoice survives for these ladles, they appear to be the “two ladles English” cited in Clark’s diary. These were among several pieces of English silver Clark purchased in Paris during the 1910s and 1920s.
