Esther Bell, deputy director and Robert and Martha Berman Lipp Chief Curator, introduces the Clark’s recently acquired painting Backgammon Players by Marie Bracquemond. This is the first painting by Bracquemond, one of the leading artists of the Impressionist movement, to enter the Clark’s collection. Afterwards, spend some time exploring Bracquemond drawings in the Clark’s print collection. A buffet breakfast will be served in the Clark’s penthouse following the program.
